These terms cover your use of angrykeyboard.com and text messages you receive from Angry Keyboard, a studio in Decatur, Alabama, that helps service businesses compete and grow through strategic websites, custom software, and digital marketing. Angry Keyboard is a trade name of Untitled Publishers, the party these terms are with. By using the site or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to them.

Using this site

You can browse the site, read about our work, and send us a request through the quiz. Please don't misuse it: no automated submissions, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false information.

The content on this site, including text, design, and our logo, belongs to Untitled Publishers. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

Requests are not contracts

Filling out the quiz, applying, or booking an intro call does not create an agreement to provide services. Prices and timelines on this site describe how we typically work. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign.

Text messages

Program. Angry Keyboard sends text messages to people who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts. Messages are about your request: replies to your inquiry, scheduling and reminders for an intro call, and, if you're a client, updates about your project. We don't send marketing texts.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request. Most people receive a few messages.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then no more. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always online.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Untitled Publishers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our text messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above.
