Software

Software that runs the job.

For an operation running on spreadsheets, QuickBooks and a tool that almost fits, and for a founder launching one who would rather start right. Built around how your work actually moves, owned by you, and never billed per seat.

We read every application and answer within three business days.

What it replaces

The estimate, the change order, the invoice

Estimates where every line carries its real cost. Invoices split across the job. A change caught on the job that lands on the bill instead of being given away.

The audit nobody wants to prepare

Records checked against their own paperwork in the background, and the audit file assembled to exactly what the auditor asks for, on demand.

Sales, commissions and crews

Leads straight into the system, commissions paid in two steps to protect cash, crews clocking in on jobs, and every card swipe routed to its project.

Opening, not fixing?

If you're launching, there is nothing to fix yet, and that is the cheapest time to get it right. Tell us what has to exist the day you open — booking, quoting, payment, the records a regulator will ask for — and we bid it the way we bid everything: one written estimate, scope, price and deadline, before a dime moves.

How we start

The two-week roadmap.

We come in, map what's actually broken, and hand you a build plan with real numbers — yours to keep whether you ever hire us again. Fixed price, no surprises. It's how nobody bets big money on a stranger.

What the two weeks buy

How we price

We bid the job.

A written estimate — scope, price, deadline — before a dime moves, whether the business opened ten years ago or opens next spring. What we build is built once and owned by you. Marketing is priced by the pace you pick. A flat monthly keeps the lights on. And nobody ever bills you per seat: when we replace software that charges by the user, that bill dies with it.

We price work the way you do. The monthly says the lights are on; it never claims work is happening. Work is billed as work.

Two ways in

Book twenty minutes and tell the builder what's broken, or send the application if you would rather write it down. Either way, if we're not the right shop for it we'll say so, and usually say who is.

Six intro calls a week. Twenty minutes. You talk to the builder.

We read every application and answer within three business days.
